2018 — The Beginning
It started in a small home kitchen in Paris, experimenting with croissant doughs late into the night.
2021 — Opening Day
We opened our first café with just six items on the menu and a queue out the door from day one.
Today — Still Baking
Every morning we still start from scratch, the same way we always have — just with a few more familiar faces.
